Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Initial Screening: Verification of testimonials and eligibility criteria at the time of registration.
  • Face-to-Face Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview.
  • Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the venue before the interview.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview. Candidates are advised to reach the venue well in advance to complete registration formalities.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Carry all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications.
  • Valid GATE Score Card (mandatory for JRF candidates).
  • Experience Certificates on official letterhead and published research papers in SCI journals (mandatory for RA candidates).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (SC/ST/OBC, if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Duly filled application form, if required as per the official notification.
