Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Document Verification & Screening Clause: If an applicant is found to have wilfully concealed or misrepresented facts, or has canvassed for the position, the applicant will not be considered for selection even after document verification. CGPA/OGPA-based candidates must produce the approved conversion table or formula at reporting; failure to do so will result in non-consideration of candidature.
  • Final Authority: The decision of the Director, ICAR-CMFRI is final and binding in all respects.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Duly filled application form in the prescribed format with passport-size photograph affixed
  • Scanned, self-attested copies of provisional/final UG degree certificate, Intermediate/10+2 certificate, and SSC/Xth class certificate
  • Biodata in prescribed format with passport-size photograph attached
  • Original certificates and self-attested copies of all documents supporting educational qualifications from matriculation onwards, and of experience
  • "No Objection Certificate" from the present employer, if currently employed
  • Approved conversion table/formula for marks issued as CGPA/OGPA
  • Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Written declaration of relative employed at ICAR-CMFRI (name, designation, nature of duties, relationship) — must be sent by 20.11.2026 if a relative is an ICAR-CMFRI employee
  • Two recent passport-size photographs for the interview
