• Educational Qualification (All Posts): A medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (as amended); a postgraduate qualification such as MD/MS or equivalent; and for super-specialty departments, D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline.
• Experience Requirement: A minimum of six (6) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject/specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years for Associate Professor posts. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India norms – PwBD: 10 years; SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; Government servants already in service: 5 years.

• The selection for Associate Professor posts at AIIMS Mangalagiri is carried out through the following stages:
