  • The appointment is purely on a daily-wage basis for up to 24 months from the date of joining, contingent upon continued project fund availability. The post is project-funded under the KVASU-EDF initiative and does not confer any permanent government job security or pension benefits.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualification (one of the following):
  • M.Sc. in Biotechnology
  • M.Sc. in Biostatistics
  • M.Sc. in Biochemistry
  • B.V.Sc. & A.H.
  • Desirable Qualification: At least one year of experience in a research project
  • Age Limit: Below 45 years as on 9 October 2026

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Document Submission: Candidates must submit their biodata/CV along with scanned copies of supporting documents via email or registered post by 21 October 2026 (11:00 AM).
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a direct interview on 26 October 2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode, Wayanad, Kerala – 673 576.
  • Document Verification: All original certificates, testimonials, and one set of self-attested photocopies must be produced on the interview day.
  • No written screening test is specified. The final selection will be based on the interview performance and document verification. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
