Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Trade Apprentice (ITI Passed): Matric with regular full-time 2-year ITI course recognized by NCVT/SCVT in Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Machinist, Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Instrument Mechanic, Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical), or Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.
• Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. Chemistry with Physics, Mathematics, or Biology.
• Guest House Service Asst.: 10th Pass with basic canteen/housekeeping knowledge.
• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Eng. Degree): BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or BBA Degree.
• Graduate Apprentice (Secretarial Office Assistant): Graduate in any discipline (Non-Engineering).
• Executive (Human Resource): MBA (HR), MSW, or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (2 years full-time course).
• Graduate Apprentice (Degree in Engineering): BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronic & Communication / Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Science, Information Technology, Fire & Safety, and Environment Protection & Safety.
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma in Engineering): Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronic & Communication / Instrumentation.
• Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator): Class 12th passed but below Graduate. Skilled certificate holders must possess NSQF/Central Govt recognized Domestic Data Entry Operator skill certificate.
• General Eligibility: Candidates must have passed their final exams in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in the qualifying examination. Candidates awaiting results or having worked for 1 year or more elsewhere are ineligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on a merit list formed on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade.
• No written examination or interview is scheduled as part of the initial screening process.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid to any candidate for attending the registration or document verification process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• Duly filled NATS/NAPS profile with 100% profile completion.
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Active Aadhaar-seeded bank account that is DBT-enabled (for NATS candidates to receive 50% stipend via Direct Beneficiary Transfer).

3. Is there any application fee required for CPCL Apprentice vacancies?

• No, there is no application fee. The registration and application process on the NATS/NAPS portal is completely free of cost.
