Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Attendant (2 Posts):Qualification: 8th PassExperience: NIL
• Kitchen Helper (1 Post):Qualification: NILExperience: Minimum 02 years of experience in similar type of work

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates arriving between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM will undergo initial document scrutiny regarding age, qualification, and experience.
• Shortlisted eligible candidates will proceed to an interaction, personal interview, skill test, or written test depending on the post requirements.
• Selection is purely contractual and confers no right to regular employment.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending document verification, interaction, or interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• Original Educational Qualification Certificates & Mark Sheets
• Experience Certificates (for Kitchen Helper)
• Printed OTR Fee Payment Proof (Rs. 590/-) from ICSIL Portal
• 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents
• 2 recent passport-size photographs
• Valid PAN Card and Aadhaar Card

Important Instructions

• Pay the non-refundable OTR fee of Rs. 590/- on the ICSIL portal at least one day before the walk-in date.
• 15 days salary will be deducted as a security deposit in two installments (50% in Month 1, 50% in Month 2). This will be refunded with interest upon fulfilling contractual liabilities.
• Deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Shift/rotational duties may apply. No additional conveyance allowance is provided by ICSIL.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
