Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
  • With two years' service in the grade rendered after regular appointment in pre-revised Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- (Level-8); or
  • With three years' service in the grade rendered after regular appointment in pre-revised Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- (Level-7); and
  • Must have completed administrative vigilance training from ISTI or equivalent recognized institution; and
  • Should have three years' experience in dealing with administrative vigilance cases and related court cases.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and supporting documents forwarded through proper channel. No written exam or interview is specified. The period of deputation is initially 3 years or until further orders. No TA/DA will be paid for attending any process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Application in prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) in duplicate.
  • Certificate from forwarding authority in proforma Annexure-II.
  • Integrity certificate.
  • List of major/minor penalties imposed in the last 10 years (or 'nil' certificate).
  • Vigilance clearance certificate.
  • Attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25).
  • Applications must be forwarded within 60 days of publication in Employment News to the specified address.
