Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • State Newborn Care Quality Manager: MBBS or any other Medical Graduate with Post-Graduation in Pediatrics (MD/DNB/DCH).
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office and handling large datasets.
  • Software: Command over statistical software packages like SPSS, STATA, CSPro, DevInfo, Epi info.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to make oral and written presentations; Good command over English and Hindi.
  • Desirable: Report writing experience preferred.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process involves the following stages:
  • Scrutiny of applications by the selection committee.
  • Interview.
  • Written test will be conducted only if eligible candidates exceed 50 for the post.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
