Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Director (Finance & Administration): Graduate preferably Post Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Humanities. Experience: 10-15 years in Finance and Administration in Central Government.
  • Director (Project/Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution. Experience: 10-15 years in Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies, specially in project appraisal.
  • Joint Director (Project/Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institution. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering Works related to road construction.
  • Deputy Director (Project/Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering (Post Graduate preferably). Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering Works related to road construction.
  • Assistant Director (Finance & Administration): Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Government/Commercial/Public Works Accounting.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection of candidates will be based on the scrutiny of applications followed by the Deputation/Contract selection process. For Deputation vacancies, applications must be submitted through the proper channel with cadre and vigilance clearance. For Contract vacancies, applications must be emailed directly.

  • Cadre clearance and Vigilance clearance (for Deputation).
  • Certified copies of APARs of the last five years.
  • Applications on deputation basis should be submitted through proper channel.
