Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post: Senior Manager (Tender cell)
• Qualification: Degree in any Engineering from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in tendering process.
• Desirable: Familiarity with tender estimates, Notice Inviting Tender, e-governance portals (CPP, GeM), and Port sector experience preferred.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates meeting the requisite qualification and experience will be called for an interview via email. NMPA reserves the right to fix minimum qualifying marks. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview/joining. However, TA/DA will be paid for official tours during the contract period as per regular officer norms.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Engineering Degree)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead / Appointment Letter / Salary Slips
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
