Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Candidates applying for the post of Public Prosecutor must satisfy all of the following conditions:
• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
• Advocate Enrolment: Must be enrolled as an advocate under the provisions of the Advocates Act with a Bar Council of India / State Bar Council.
• Qualification: Must possess a Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
• Practice Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of active legal practice in courts as determined under the applicable rules.
• Income Tax Condition: Must be an assessee of Income Tax for at least three preceding financial years in the financial year in which the application is made.
• Character & Integrity: Selection panel is prepared for conducting prosecution work in the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, Arwal. Candidates of all classes of society — male, female, and transgender — are eligible.

• Interested and eligible advocates must submit their bio-data in the prescribed format along with required self-attested documents by Speed Post to the following address:

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Income Tax Return / Assessment documents for the past three preceding financial years
• Self-declaration that the candidate is not engaged in any individual or partnership business
• All additional copies of self-attested documents as specified in the application format
