Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must report directly to the venue for a walk-in interview on 4 November 2026 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Document verification will be conducted at the interview venue. Original documents must be produced along with photocopies.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Persons currently employed under Central/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, Semi-Government Organizations, or Public Sector Undertakings must produce written permission from their Head of Organization at the time of the interview. Failure to produce this document will result in disallowance.
• Candidates appointed will be rotated across any units of Tata Memorial Centre as and when required based on organizational needs.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.
• Legal jurisdiction for any dispute rests at SAS Nagar.

• Resume / Curriculum Vitae
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Date of Birth Proof – Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / SSC Passing Certificate
• Educational Qualification – Mark sheets and passing certificates for all examinations (including MD or Equivalent Postgraduate Degree)
• Experience Certificate – Past employment experience certificate indicating date of joining and relieving; current employment appointment letter and last pay slip (if applicable)
• Valid Caste / Category Certificate in Government of India prescribed format; Caste Validity Certificate for ST; Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC (if applicable)
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate in valid format (if applicable)
• Physical Disability (PwD) Certificate (if applicable)
• Copy of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
• No Objection Certificate / permission from Head of Organization (for government/public sector employees)
• Salary Note: The remuneration will be determined based on relevant work experience acquired after completion of the essential qualification. Senior Residents may be provided sharing accommodation subject to availability on a chargeable basis.
