  • Project-wise vacancies for Hathras Anganwadi 2026 recruitment are as follows:
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 35 years as on 01-07-2026. Age is determined from the High School marksheet/certificate.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Gender: Only women candidates are eligible.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of the same Ward/Gram Sabha where the vacancy exists. Selection prioritizes women from the same Gram Sabha.
  • Priority Order: 1) Widowed/divorced/abandoned woman from BPL family, 2) Any woman from BPL family, 3) Widowed/divorced/abandoned woman from above-BPL family, 4) Any woman from above-BPL family.
  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th) or equivalent.
  • Merit Calculation: Based on combined marks of Intermediate, Graduation, and Postgraduate (if applicable).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • A merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate marks of qualifying examinations.
  • Tie-Breaker 1: If marks are equal, the candidate with higher age gets preference.
  • Tie-Breaker 2: If marks and age are also equal, the candidate with higher educational qualification gets preference.
  • Reservation for SC, ST, and OBC candidates is applied as per government orders.
  • Note: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid for the selection process.

  • Proof of Date of Birth (High School Marksheet/Certificate).
  • Self-attested, clear, and legible scanned copies of all educational certificates.
  • Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN).
