Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Consultant: Retired Professor (Soil Science/Agronomy). Maximum age: 65 years.
  • Field Assistant: Matriculation with Agriculture Research experience. Maximum age: 45 years.
  • Minimum Age: 21 years for all candidates.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, and Women candidates.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be based on document verification, written examination, and skill test. If the number of applicants for a position exceeds 15, the written examination and skill test will be conducted starting at 10:30 AM. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate for attending the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Application form duly filled and signed as per the format given at ANNEXURE-I.
  • Self-attested copies of all testimonials, age proof, and experience certificates.
  • Passport-size photograph attached to the application.
  • All original certificates starting from HSCE or equivalent onwards.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, if applicable.

Is there an application fee?

  • No application fee is required for any candidate.

What is the salary for the posts?

  • Consultant: Rs. 75,000 per month (fixed). Field Assistant: Rs. 15,000 per month (fixed).

What are the age limits?

  • Consultant: Maximum 65 years. Field Assistant: Maximum 45 years. Minimum age is 21 years. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST, and Women.
