Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Consultant-Dental Public Health:B.D.S Degree from a recognized university.Diploma or Degree in Public Health Dentistry / MPH / MDS in Public Health Dentistry.Registered with Delhi Dental Council.Experience: Two years of working experience in a Dental College / Hospital / Health System.

  • Scrutiny of Applications by Competent Authority.
  • Written Examination.
  • Personal Interview.
  • Document Verification.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • Self-attested BDS Marks Cards and Degree Certificate.
  • Self-attested Copy of Internship Completion Certificate, Registration Certificate and B.D.S 1st to 4th Year Mark Sheets.
  • Self-attested MDS / MPH Marks Card and Degree Certificate (if applicable).
  • Valid Delhi State Dental Council Registration Certificate.
  • Self-attested Work Experience Certificate and Character Certificate.
  • Photo ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Card).
  • Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- in favour of Mobile Dental Clinic Project.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Signed Undertaking on the prescribed form.
