Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Medical Qualification: MBBS included in Schedule I & II of the National Medical Commission (NMC) Act.
  • Postgraduate Qualification: NMC-recognized MS (ENT).
  • Registration: Must be registered with the Central or State Medical Council.
  • Experience: Prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement; meeting it does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the interview.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Document Verification: 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM on 23 November 2026. Original certificates must be produced.
  • Interview: At 02:30 PM by the Selection Committee of the Institute based on bio-data and interview performance.
  • Marking Scheme (100 Marks): MBBS (10), MS (10), Additional Qualification (10), Publications (10), Poster Presentation (10), Academic Awards (10), Specialized Training (10), Project Work (10), Subject Knowledge (20).
  • Minimum Qualifying Criteria: 50 percentile for UR, 45 percentile for BC/EBC/EWS, 40 percentile for SC/ST.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the post.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Recent passport-size colour photograph with a light background (no caps, hats, or dark glasses covering the face; religious headwear allowed but must not cover the face).
  • Original Demand Draft for the application fee.
  • Aadhaar Card and Date of Birth / SSC / HSSC pass certificate.
  • MBBS degree and internship completion certificates.
  • MS (ENT) degree / provisional certificate and attempt certificates for MBBS and PG.
  • UG & PG NMC / State Medical Council registration certificates.
  • Category / PwBD certificate issued by the Circle Officer (if claiming reservation).
  • Experience, publication, and research certificates (if applicable).
  • NOC from present employer (if currently employed) or a written declaration of non-employment.
  • One set of self-attested photocopies of all originals.
  • Important: The appointment is ad-hoc for 89 days. Posts are non-practicing – private practice of any kind is prohibited. Selected candidates must submit a Legal Bond. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
