Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Trainee (BSc): B.Sc degree with minimum 60% marks.
  • Graduate Apprenticeship: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Technician Apprenticeship: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Pharma.
  • ITI Trade Apprenticeship: ITI certification in Fitter, Welder, or Electrician trades.
  • Candidates who have already undergone training in the Company under these schemes are ineligible to apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Walk-in Interview: Scheduled for 29 October 2026 at HLL Lifecare Limited, Kanagala.
  • Document Verification: Original certificates will be verified during the interview process.
  • Training Terms: Training and Development Scheme (TDS) duration is 3 years. Apprenticeship Scheme duration is 1 year. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
