Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Senior Research Fellow (SRF): B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics with First Division and NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline with First Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels. Minimum 02 years of research/teaching/industrial experience required.
  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics with First Division and NET/GATE OR M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline with First Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by an interview (in-person or via video conferencing). No written examination is specified. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
