• Age must not exceed 65 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement (01-10-2026).
• Must have served in State Police in the rank of ASI / SI / Inspector.
• Must possess a Good or Very Good CCR/PAR for a continuous period of sixty months before superannuation.
• Must have an unblemished service record with no criminal conviction and no major departmental punishment during service career.
• No criminal case must be pending against the candidate at the time of application.
• Candidate must not have more than one spouse living.
• Candidate should have vacated any government quarters previously allotted.

Selection Process and Screening Stages

• The selection process comprises the following sequential stages:
• Verification of Original Documents: All original service records and certificates will be verified.
• Medical Test: Candidates will undergo a medical examination to confirm physical fitness. Persons with physical deformities will not be eligible for appointment.
• Physical Test: Candidates must cover a distance of 5 (five) kilometres on foot within one hour.
