Educational Qualification for Gram Panchayat Sachiv

• Passed the Higher Secondary (12th) Board Examination.
• Completed a one-year diploma in Data Entry Operator (DEO) / Programming from a Government-approved recognized institution.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years as on notification date (05 October 2026)
• Relaxation: Up to 40 years for permanent residents of Chhattisgarh; upper age inclusive of all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years for SC, ST, OBC, Women, Persons with Disabilities, government/contractual employees, Nigam/Mandal workers, and ex-servicemen as per General Administration Department norms.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for Gram Panchayat Sachiv posts will be done on a merit basis determined by the following criteria:
• Screening Clause: Candidates securing higher marks in the merit list will be called for the Computer Skill Test. 10 candidates per post (total 100 candidates for 10 posts) will be shortlisted based on merit for the skill test. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates attending the skill test.

Important Instructions
