Qualification & Experience for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025

• Below are the required qualifications and experience for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers (Scale I, II, III) posts in IBPS RRB CRP XIV Recruitment 2025. Qualifications must be from recognized institutions, and results must be declared on or before September 21, 2025.
• Note: *Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRBs is mandatory. Candidates not proficient at selection must acquire proficiency within 6 months of joining (extendable within probation period). Percentage calculation must follow university norms, converted to two decimals.

Selection of Candidates

• 📝 Candidates for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I must qualify in Preliminary and Main Exams. Officer Scale-II and III candidates appear for a Single Exam.
• 🔢 Cut-off: Candidates must secure minimum marks in each test. For Officers, up to three times the vacancies are shortlisted for interviews.
• 📊 Interview (Officers only): 100 marks, minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Combined score (Main/Single Exam: Interview = 80:20) determines final merit.
• ✅ Provisional Allotment: Based on Main Exam (Office Assistant) or Main/Single Exam + Interview (Officers), considering vacancies, merit, and preferences.
• 📅 Exam dates and centers will be communicated via IBPS website and registered email/SMS.
• 🚨 Non-compliance with exam instructions or use of unfair means will lead to disqualification.

• These instructions are for candidates applying for the IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 (13,217 vacancies for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I, II, III in Regional Rural Banks). Read them carefully before filling the IBPS RRB Application Form 2025 at www.ibps.in to ensure compliance with the official notification.
• 🏦 The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) reserve the right to reject or cancel candidature at any stage without prior notice if eligibility norms are not met or false information is provided. All decisions of IBPS/Nodal RRBs are final and binding.
• 📋 The selection process includes Preliminary and Main Exams for Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I, a Single Exam for Officer Scale-II and III, and an Interview for Officer posts. Final selection is based on merit (Main/Single Exam for Office Assistants; Main/Single Exam + Interview for Officers), document verification, and medical fitness.
• 🚫 Furnishing false information, suppressing material facts, or submitting incomplete applications will lead to rejection or termination at any stage, including after appointment in an RRB.
• 📅 The age limit as of 01-09-2025 is: Office Assistant (18–28 years), Officer Scale-I (18–30 years), Officer Scale-II (21–32 years), Officer Scale-III (21–40 years). Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (NCL) (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (service period + 3/5 years, max 50 years for Office Assistant), Widows/Divorced Women (up to 35/38/40 years for Office Assistant).
• 📝 Only one application per cadre (Office Assistant or one Officer post: Scale-I, II, or III) is allowed. Multiple applications for the same cadre will result in only the latest valid application being considered, with fees for others forfeited.
• 💳 General/OBC/EWS candidates must pay ₹850/- (inclusive of GST); SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates pay ₹175/- (inclusive of GST). The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.
• 🖼️ Upload a recent passport-size photograph (4.5x3.5 cm, 20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG), signature (10–20 KB), left thumb impression (20–50 KB), handwritten declaration (50–100 KB, text as per notification), and SSC/SSLC/10th certificate (100–500 KB) in the prescribed format during IBPS RRB Apply Online. Unclear, smudged, or invalid uploads will lead to rejection.
• 📂 During interview/document verification/joining, candidates must produce originals and self-attested copies of: Interview Call Letter (for Officers), online application form printout, birth certificate/SSC certificate (for age proof), photo ID, educational/experience certificates, caste/EWS/disability certificate (if applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge book/pension order, and No Objection Certificate (for government employees).
• 📧 Provide a valid and active email ID and mobile number during registration. All communications, including call letters, exam dates, and results, will be sent via email/SMS or published on www.ibps.in. IBPS is not responsible for undelivered communications due to changes in contact details.
• ✏️ A 2–3 day edit window will be provided after the application period (01-09-2025 to 21-09-2025) to correct certain fields (except Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, State/UT, Post, Nationality). Correction fee: ₹200/- (inclusive of GST) for all candidates. No changes are allowed after the edit window.
• 📵 Use of electronic devices (mobile phones, calculators, watches, etc.) or any stationery/textual material is strictly prohibited at examination centers. Violation will lead to cancellation of candidature and potential debarment from future IBPS exams.
• 🧾 Caste, EWS, and PwBD certificates must be in the prescribed Government of India format, issued by competent authorities (e.g., District Magistrate, Revenue Officer). OBC candidates must ensure Non-Creamy Layer status is valid as of 21-09-2025. EWS certificates must be for FY 2025-26.
• 🌍 Candidates applying for Office Assistant or Officer Scale-I must select a State/UT for provisional allotment, which is irrevocable. Local language proficiency as prescribed by the RRB is mandatory; candidates not proficient at selection must acquire it within 6 months of joining.
