Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Note: PLV engagement is a one-year temporary tenure that may be extended. The honorarium is paid on a per-working-day basis and is subject to satisfactory work evaluation.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass)
• Language: Good knowledge of writing English and Hindi
• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Lakhisarai district, Bihar
• Age: Above 21 years as on 21 November 2026

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for interview at the chamber of the Chairman / Secretary, DLSA Lakhisarai.
• Empanelment: Up to 100 PLVs will be empanelled based on interview performance.
• Document Verification: All original documents must be produced at the time of interview. Candidature may be cancelled without notice if information found is false.
• No Travelling Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Important: Selection does not constitute an appointment to a government job. PLV engagement is voluntary and without any profit motive.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Self-attested recent photograph affixed on the prescribed application form (Prapatra-Ka)
• Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card as proof of date of birth
• Self-attested copies of educational and qualification certificates (Matric certificate and mark sheet)
• Self-addressed stamped envelope with a Rs. 55 postage stamp for interview call letter
• All original documents must be brought at the time of interview
• No reservation of posts, but all classes should get adequate representation as per NALSA scheme

• Obtain and fill the prescribed application form (Prapatra-Ka) completely.
• Attach self-attested copies of educational and qualification certificates.
• Enclose a self-addressed envelope with a postage stamp of Rs. 55.
• Send by registered post only to: Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Civil Court Campus, Lakhisarai, PIN 811311.
• Ensure the application is received on or before 21 November 2026, 05:00 PM. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
