Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Lab Technician: Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma of certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Desirable: One year experience in NTEP or Sputum smear microscopy. Candidates with higher qualification will be preferred.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Walk-in submission of application on 12 November 2026.
  • Screening: Candidates may be shortlisted based on Academic Qualification (65%) and Experience (10/15 Marks).
  • Written Exam scheduled on 13 November 2026.
  • Skill Test / Interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • 10+2 (Intermediate) Mark Sheet.
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (All Year Mark Sheets).
  • Live Registration Certificate in concerned Council.
  • Experience Certificate and Appointment Order (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof.
  • Submit the application in the prescribed format attached to the Download CMHO Raigarh Official Notification PDF along with self-attested copies of documents.
