Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Retail Construction Engineer / Retail Engineer:For Degree Holders: BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in construction of buildings, structurals, warehouses, tank farms, etc.For Diploma Holders: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant construction works.
• Retail Engineer (Alternate Category):For Degree Holders: BE/B.Tech in any branch of Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in fuel retail operations.For Diploma Holders: Diploma in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 10 years of experience in fuel retail.
• Terminal Operation Engineer:For Degree Holders: BE/B.Tech in any branch of Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in oil tank farm installations or depots handling MS, HSD, and ATF.For Diploma Holders: Diploma in Engineering (any branch) with minimum 10 years of experience in oil tank farm operations.

• The cut-off date for determining maximum permissible age is 29 October 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Screening of Applications: Applications will be screened based on educational qualification, relevant experience, and eligibility criteria. Candidates who do not meet the prescribed qualification or experience requirements will be shortlisted out at this stage.
• Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview to be conducted by MRPL. The interview will evaluate the candidate's technical knowledge, relevant experience, and suitability for the contract role.
