Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • General Eligibility: Medically fit retired Defence Services officers with Punjab Domicile and working knowledge of Punjabi (10th Standard Certificate mandatory). Proficiency in computers required for all posts.
  • DGM (IT): Retired Defence Services officer of the rank of Col/Lt Col/Maj or equivalent. Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Info Systems or Software Engineer (IIT/IIIT/NIT preferred). Certifications like SAP, Oracle, or Scrum Master desirable. Experience: 5-10 years.
  • DGM (Project & Ventures): Retired Commissioned Officer (ESM) of the rank of Lt Col/Maj or equivalent. Post Graduate degree (preferably MBA). Experience: 5-10 years of leadership. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
  • DGM (Security): Open only to Ex-Servicemen. Rank of Col/Lt Col/Maj who has commanded a unit/sub unit/est or equivalent level and is medically fit.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process involves shortlisting followed by a personal interview. Only eligible and shortlisted officers will be called for an interview. The interview date will be intimated later. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
