No. BSNLCO-11/12(11)/1/2026-RECTT-CO) for the post of Junior Telecom Officer – Direct Recruitment (Telecom) [JTO(T)-DR] from the open market.This recruitment drive aims to fill 100 permanent vacancies across various Telecom circles in India. Both internal and external eligible candidates holding a B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. degree can submit their online applications starting 04 June 2026. How to Apply Online for BSNL JTO Recruitment

  • Navigate directly to the official BSNL examination portal: externalexam.bsnl.co.in.
  • Fill out your primary coordinates (Mobile Number and Email ID) to receive verification OTPs.
  • Complete the online application form and upload scanned, self-attested documents. Ensure your Name and DOB align perfectly with your Class 10th certificate.
  • Document Dimensions: Prepare a color photograph with a white background (JPEG/JPG, 20–50 kb) and your signature (JPEG/JPG, 10–20 kb). Have your degree certificates and identity cards ready for upload.
  • Exert close attention when choosing your 21 Circle preferences from the dropdown menu, as your choices are final.
  • Process the non-refundable registration fee online (₹2,000 for UR/OBC/EWS and ₹1,000 for SC/ST/PwBD).
