SECL Salary Structure 2026

  • Selected candidates for Technical & Supervisory (T&S) Grade C will be paid according to the National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA).
  • Basic Pay: Rs. 47,330.25 per month.
  • Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), Attendance Bonus, Special Allowance, HRA, Transport Subsidy, etc.
