• The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular appointment or absorption in NPC.
• The contractual person shall not be entitled to any benefits, compensation, absorption or regularization of service in NPC under the provisions of applicable labour laws or otherwise.
• The contractual person shall be governed by the applicable provisions, Administrative Instructions and terms and conditions of NPC for this engagement.
• NPC may terminate the contract if performance is not satisfactory, if the person fails to perform the assigned duties, or is found to be indisciplined or wanting.
• The selected candidate shall produce original documents and certificates in support of age, qualification and experience at the time of joining, failing which the offer of engagement may be withdrawn.
• The selected candidate should carry their own laptop for official work, if required; no laptop or desktop will be provided by the organisation.
• NPC reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the advertisement at any time without assigning any reason.
