Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Stipend Detail: Candidates who completed a one-year ITI course receive Rs. 10,560 per month; candidates who completed a two-year ITI course receive Rs. 11,040 per month. The training duration is 1 year with no additional allowances or benefits.

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade (Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or Welder) from a government or non-government Industrial Training Institute.
• Must have passed High School (10th Standard).

Age Limit (as of 01 January 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age (General): 27 years
• Age Relaxation – SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 years
• Age Relaxation – Divyang (PwD): 10 years

Eligibility Restrictions

• Candidates who have already registered for or undergone apprenticeship training in any establishment are not eligible.
• Only residents of Madhya Pradesh can apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Merit-Based Shortlisting: Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in ITI (semester average) and High School (10th).
• Tie-Breaker Rule: In case of equal marks, the candidate with higher age will be given preference.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification at the time of counselling or reporting.
• No written examination is conducted. Selection is purely on academic merit. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for document verification or counselling.

How to Apply for MPPGCL ITI Apprentice

• Visit the official apprenticeship portal at www.apprenticeship.gov.in and click on the Apprentices menu to register.
• Fill in personal details (Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender, DOB, Aadhaar Number, Category) matching your Aadhaar card, and enter contact details to obtain an email ID and password.
• Complete the Qualification section by adding technical and educational details, select your trade preferences in the Preference section, and upload your photo, birth certificate, and signature.
• Review your entered information on the final page, click Edit if changes are needed, and click Confirm to complete registration.
• Log in using your registered Email ID and password, go to Establishment Search under the Establishment menu, search for "2x45 Megawatt Awanti Bai Sagar Jal Vidyut Grih Bargi Nagar Jabalpur", click Apply, and submit your application with your registration number and date of birth.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• High School Mark Sheet (10th Standard)
• ITI (NCVT/SCVT) Certificate and All Semester Consolidated Mark Sheets in Relevant Trade
• Valid Madhya Pradesh Domicile / Residence Certificate
• Caste / Category Certificate in Madhya Pradesh Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card and Valid Photo ID Proof
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Note: Candidates must ensure all personal details entered on the portal match exactly with their Aadhaar card details. Discrepancies may lead to rejection of the application.

3. Is there any application fee for MPPGCL ITI Apprentice?

• No. There is nil application fee for registration and applying to the MPPGCL ITI Apprentice programme through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme portal.
