No. ISRO:ICRB:01(A-JPA):2026 dated 27-07-2026) for the posts of Assistant, Junior Personal Assistant (JPA), Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and Stenographer in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix.This recruitment drive aims to fill 234 vacancies across ISRO's constituent Centres, DOS Branch Secretariat, and Autonomous Bodies under the Department of Space. Online registration is open from 27 July 2026 (10:00 AM) and closes on 16 August 2026 (11:55 PM). Women / SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen:Full refund of ₹500 after appearing in Written Test

Eligibility Criteria – ISRO ICRB 2026

PostsEssential Qualification
Assistant / UDC(Post No. 1, 3 & 5)• Graduation with minimum 60% marks OR CGPA 6.32/10 from a recognized University • Pre-requisite: graduation completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University • Computer proficiency (use of computers) mandatory Note: Where university mentions both CGPA and percentage, at least one must meet ISRO's norms. CGPA-to-percentage conversion NOT permitted for eligibility determination.
Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer(Post No. 2, 4 & 6)Option A: Graduation with minimum 60% OR CGPA 6.32/10 (within stipulated duration) + Computer proficiency OR Option B: Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% OR CGPA 6.32/10 (from recognized Board/University within stipulated duration) + 1 year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer + minimum 60 wpm in English Stenography + Computer proficiency Note: Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by BOAT under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (Apprenticeship Act 1961) is also equivalent to 1 year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer for candidates with DCP/DCCP diploma.

  • Visit ISRO's official website: www.isro.gov.in. Click the ICRB recruitment advertisement link for Advt. No. ISRO:ICRB:01(A-JPA):2026.
  • Read the full notification and FAQ carefully before filling the application. You can apply for multiple posts (different post numbers) but cannot apply for the same post in different zones.
  • Fill in all required details — name, date of birth, category, qualification details, email ID (mandatory), and mobile number. An online Registration Number will be generated — save it carefully for future reference.
  • Upload required documents: recent colour passport-size photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm, 200×230 px, JPG/JPEG, 50–100KB) and signature (140×60 px, JPG/JPEG, 50–100KB). SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates also upload relevant category certificate for full processing fee refund.
  • Pay the application fee via Bharatkosh e-Payment gateway — ₹500 per post (₹1,000 if applying for both Assistant/UDC and JPA/Stenographer). Fee payment modes: Internet Banking, UPI, or Domestic Debit Card only.
  • Submit your application. Note: if you apply for multiple posts, select the same written test centre city for both posts.
  • Keep bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code) ready and entered correctly in the application — processing fee refund will be credited to this account after you appear in the Written Test.
  • Hall tickets/call letters for the Written Test will be sent via registered email ID and SMS only. No hard copies will be dispatched. Check your email regularly including spam/junk folders.
