Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Qualification: M.Sc. in Plant Science. Path A (With NET): M.Sc. + NET qualified + Experience in plant transformation (evident from publications). Path B (Without NET): M.Sc. without NET + Experience in plant transformation (evident from publications).
  • Project: Molecular genetic analysis of resistance/tolerance to different stresses in rice, wheat, chickpea and mustard including sheath blight complex genomics (ICAR-223-57).
  • Duration: Co-terminus with the project or availability of funds.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Candidates will be selected based on a Work Specific Interaction.
  • Interaction Date: November 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
  • Venue: Office of the Head, Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, COA, CSKHPKV, Palampur, H.P.
  • No separate communication will be made regarding the interaction.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interaction.
