Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• All pay is consolidated per month. No other allowances are applicable. An annual increment applies based on satisfactory performance. The maximum age limit for every post is 40 years as on 02 November 2026. No age relaxation is mentioned.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• All qualifications must be full-time from a recognized University / Institute. For PKI Administrator, degrees must be from recognized University / Central or State Govt. institutions / UGC-affiliated institution / AICTE approved institution. Experience is calculated from the date of attaining the minimum essential qualification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The mode of selection shall be Interview.
• TCIL reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interview and is not bound to call all candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.
• The interview venue shall be intimated separately to shortlisted candidates via email.
• Information about participating in the selection process shall be communicated through email only to candidates found apparently eligible based on the application data and documents submitted.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the duty on selection.
• TCIL reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.

How to Apply – Offline Application Instructions

• Applications must be sent by post in offline mode only in the prescribed format to:
• The name of the post applied for must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
• Your name in the application must match the name as it appears in the SSC/Matriculation Certificate.
• A valid email ID must be entered in the application form. Keep it active for at least one year as all correspondence will be done through email only.
• The application must reach by 16 November 2026. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.
• TCIL does not bear any responsibility for any delay in post/courier for any reason whatsoever.
• Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be entertained.

• Work Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card)

• The consolidated monthly pay ranges from Rs. 33,000 (Resident Engineer) to Rs. 70,000 (System Security Officer, PKI Administrator, CA Administrator). System Administrator / Network Administrator receives Rs. 50,000. No other allowances are applicable.
