Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • CGM (Projects)/E8 (5 posts): Full-time Degree in Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication. Preference to full-time Degree in Civil Engineering. Required experience: Execution of Infrastructure Projects. Preferred: Railway Track, Underground/Elevated Metro Projects, Railway Projects, Multistoried Building Projects, Infrastructure Projects. Not applicable for candidates applying on deputation.
  • CGM (Electrical)/E8 (1 post): Full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering. Required experience: Execution of Infrastructure Projects. Preferred: Railway Electric Traction Projects, General Power Supply Projects, Air Conditioning, Buildings Electrifications, Road Lighting. Not applicable for candidates applying on deputation.
  • CGM (S&T)/E8 (1 post): Full-time Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Required experience: Execution of Infrastructure Projects. Preferred: S&T equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Railway System; proficiency in IT Systems, AI, digital technologies. Not applicable for candidates applying on deputation.
  • CGM (Mechanical)/E8 (1 post): Full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Required experience: Execution of Infrastructure Projects. Preferred: All phases of project (planning, procurement, O&M of trainsets/wagons/rolling stock, tender documents, bidding, commissioning, testing), Metro/MRTS/Railways/Elevated Roads/Ropeways works. Not applicable for candidates applying on deputation.
  • Additional Conditions:
  • Applications are invited from Indian citizens only.
  • Applicant must be physically and medically fit; selected candidates must undergo medical examination as per Corporation's policy.
  • Serving Railway, Government, Central PSU, Port, or JV employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC at the interview.

  • Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP/NF is not counted for eligibility.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience in the relevant field. When there are 5 or more eligible candidates per vacancy, IPRCL may shortlist in a ratio of 1:5.
  • Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview, which may be held at the Corporate Office of IPRCL, through video conferencing, or at any other location at IPRCL's discretion.
  • Document Verification: Original documents must be produced and self-attested photocopies submitted at the time of interview.
  • Travelling allowance: Travelling expenses for the Personal Interview will be paid as per Company Policy.

  • Original Matriculation Certificate or Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for prescribed Engineering qualifications
  • Experience Certificates on official letterhead indicating length and field of experience
  • Appointment Letter of current post with valid Identity Card or latest Pay Slip
  • Copies of last 5 years APARs/ACRs (for serving Government/PSU employees)
  • Latest updated detailed CV
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent department (if applicable)
  • Photo ID and Address Proof issued by Central / State Government
  • Two recent passport-size photographs

  • Fill in the application in Annexure-II (for absorption) or Annexure-III (for deputation).
  • Attach all self-attested enclosures listed in the notification.
  • Superscribe the envelope: 'Application for the post of ______'.
