Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in field civil works in thermal power plants.
• Retirement Clause: Applicant must be a retired official of MPPGCL, Central Government, State Government, or Public Sector Undertaking who has served at the level of Executive Engineer (Civil) or equivalent/higher post.
• Age Limit: No upper age limit, engagement extendable up to 67 years of age.
• Nationality: Indian National.
• Working Hours: Standard office working hours of MPPGCL at the Thermal Power Station.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Scrutiny of Documents: All submitted applications will be scrutinized for eligibility and completeness.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview at the discretion of the competent authority.
• Basis of Selection: Final selection will be based on qualifications, submitted documents, and interview performance (if called for).
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the selection process.
