Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): MBBS/BDS with Postgraduate Degree (MD/MDS) with 3 years experience, OR PhD in Environmental Health / Occupational Health from a recognized university. Desirable: Communication skills in Tamil and English, proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS/STATA/R), data management software (EpiCollect/REDCap/EpiData), and experience in environmental health research.
• Project Technical Support-III: Graduate degree in any discipline with 3 years experience, OR Post Graduate in Public Health / Environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software (Epicollect/REDCap). Ability to converse in Tamil fluently.
• Project Technical Support-I: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Proficiency in MS Office and data management software (Epicollect/REDCap). Ability to converse in Tamil fluently.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting: Based on application details, CV, and documentary proofs. List of eligible candidates will be displayed on the JIPMER website.
• Written Test & Skill Test: Covers health research methodology, ethical guidelines, environmental health, heat stress, MS Office tools, and case-based scenarios.
• Interview: May be held in person or via video conferencing at the Principal Investigator's discretion. Date announced 1 week in advance.
• Screening Clause: If applications are in large numbers, stricter criteria may be applied.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Written Test/Skill Test/Interview.
