HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

  • Junior Executive - Mechanical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Junior Executive - Electrical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Junior Executive - Instrumentation: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
  • Junior Executive - Chemical: 3-years full time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • Junior Executive - Fire & Safety: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety

HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 - Age Limit

  • Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBCNC) and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.
  • Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.
  • Minimum age of the applicants shall be 18 years and above as on the closing date of application, i.e, 30th April 2025.

  • Pay Scale: 30,000-1,20,000. Cost to Company (CTC) Approx: Rs 10.58 Lakh. A candidate will be inducted at the minimum of the pay scale

HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process

  • The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting and selection tools like Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview, Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Physical Fitness Efficiency Test etc. which would be administered depending upon the position requirement.
  • All the candidates claiming to fulfil requisite eligibility criteria may be called for Computer Based Test.
  • General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
  • Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.
  • Physical Fitness Efficiency Test will only be qualifying in nature
  • Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the applicable selection process stages to be considered for further selection process.
