Educational Qualification

• Minimum 4th Pass – candidate must possess the relevant mark sheet or certificate.
• Candidate must have good command of the Marathi language.

• The selection consists of a written examination carrying 100 marks, followed by document verification and medical/character verification.

How to Apply for Mumbai Suburban Kotwal Recruitment 2026

• Obtain the prescribed application form from the office of Tehsildar Andheri, Tehsildar Borivali, or Tehsildar Kurla by paying Rs. 20/- in cash between 8 October 2026 and 24 October 2026 during office working hours.
• Fill out the application form legibly and correctly with all required details.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely on an honorarium and temporary/unclassified basis, and candidates will not receive retirement benefits.

• Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, calculators, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination centre.
• The total number of vacancies is subject to increase or decrease as per administrative requirements. The District Collector may cancel the recruitment fully or partly, and no dispute can be raised on this.
