Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Eligibility varies by post. Candidates must verify detailed requirements from the specific advertisement.
  • For Advt. 42, 43, 48 (Engineering posts): BE/BTech in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with 5-8 years of experience.
  • For Advt. 53 (Manager Grade 1): Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management with 2 years of experience.
  • For Advt. 55 (Junior Architect): Diploma or BE in Architecture with 3 years of experience.
  • For other posts (44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 56): Qualification and experience as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process will be conducted as per the recruitment rules for each post and may include:
  • Preliminary Examination (General Studies)
  • Subject-related Examination or Assessment
  • Interview
  • Document Verification
  • The tentative General Studies preliminary exam is scheduled for 13 December 2026. Subject exam dates are tentative (Jan-Feb 2027). GPSC may change these dates. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.

  • Original SSCE (10th) certificate for age proof, along with copies.
  • Original educational qualification certificates, mark sheets, and experience certificates.
  • Original category, non-creamy layer, EWS, and disability certificates (if applicable).

  • Recent photographs, signature, and valid photo ID proof.
