• Note: This is a consolidated honorarium paid from District Mineral Foundation (DMF) funds. No additional allowances are payable.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. Valid registration in the Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
• Age Limit: 18 to 70 years as on 01 January 2026.
• Residency: Candidate must be a local/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection is based on a Walk-in Interview and preparation of a final Merit List. The weightage distribution for the merit list is as follows:
• Document Verification & Registration: On-site at the venue from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on 31 October 2026.
• Screening: List of eligible/ineligible candidates published at 1:30 PM. Claims/Objections accepted until 2:00 PM. Merit list published at 2:30 PM.
• Interview: Conducted at 3:00 PM.
• Final Merit Calculation: 65% weightage to marks obtained in essential educational qualification (MBBS). Maximum 15 marks for relevant experience. 20 marks for the Interview.
• Note: Candidates arriving after the fixed reporting time will not be registered. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• 10th Marksheet (Proof of Date of Birth)
• 12th Marksheet
• MBBS Degree Marksheet and Passing Certificate
• Chhattisgarh Medical Council Registration Certificate
• Employment Registration Card
• Experience Certificate (if applicable)
• Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Self-attested photocopies of all above documents along with originals
• Application Procedure: Candidates must download the application format from www.surajpur.nic.in or obtain it from the CMHO Surajpur office. They must attend the venue with the filled application form on 31 October 2026.
