• The single vacancy is under the DBT project titled "Deciphering if Parkinson's disease is a proteinopathy or lipidopathy due to mTOR deregulation, in genetic models of PD" at the Center for Molecular Neurosciences, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), MAHE, Manipal.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Tech candidates who have qualified in the Category I or Category II merit list of the DBT-BET exam, OR are qualified in NET / GATE.
• Preference (not mandatory) for candidates with a background in Biology or Pharmacology.
• Candidates must be willing to work with mice and transgenic mice, as this is mandatory for the project.
