Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Station HQ (ECHS) Abohar is recruiting 2 contractual staff positions at ECHS Polyclinic, Type 'E' (Mobile) Abohar for Ex-Servicemen and civilian candidates.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Medical Officer: MBBS degree with minimum 3 years of experience after internship. Additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery is preferable.
• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class I Nursing Course from the Armed Forces with a minimum 5 years of experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for both posts will be based on a personal interview scheduled for 21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at Station HQ (ECHS) Abohar, Punjab – 152116. Candidates must report by 10:00 AM with all original certificates for document verification.
• Candidates selected for the Medical Officer post must undergo a 10-day On-the-Job Training (OJT) with the previous incumbent and obtain a certificate before signing the contract. The OJT period will remain unpaid.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Applications that are unsigned, incomplete, or lack necessary supporting documents are liable to be rejected.
• Contract duration is 1 year for Ex-Servicemen and 11 months for civilian candidates.
