Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Nationality & Community: Indian citizens belonging to Scheduled Castes in the State of Kerala alone are eligible.
• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or equivalent, and a Diploma in Electronics awarded by an Institution recognized by the Government.
• Experience: Six months experience as Telephone Operator/Receptionist and in Computer Operation. Experience certificate must be in the prescribed format available in the 'Downloads' link of the recruitment portal.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
• Age Limit: Candidates must have been born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2008 (both days inclusive). Age relaxation applicable as per rules for Ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities, and widows.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on Interview or Written Test & Interview depending on the number of candidates. If conducted, the Written Test will be Objective Type, 75 minutes duration, comprising 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. Negative marking of 1/4 mark applies for every incorrect answer. Total marks for Interview shall be 10; candidates must secure a minimum of 35% marks in the Interview to be considered for inclusion in the ranked list. No TA/DA will be paid.

• Experience certificate in the prescribed format (6 months as Telephone Operator/Receptionist and Computer Operation)
• Valid Caste Certificate in prescribed format (G.O. (P) No. 11/2026/SCSTD dated 14.03.2026)
• Recent passport-size photograph and signature (scanned images for online upload)
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• No Objection Certificate / Service Certificate (if already a Government employee)
