• The following qualifications are required for both the Physics and Botany teaching posts under the ITEP programme:
• Post-Graduate Degree: M.Sc. in the concerned subject (Physics or Botany) with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. Degree: Bachelor of Education with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
• NET / SLET / SET or Ph.D.: Candidate must hold any one of the following as prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for these categories of posts:National Eligibility Test (NET)State Level Eligibility Test (SLET / SET)Ph.D. in Education or in the concerned subject (Physics / Botany)
