Essential Qualifications (common core)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University / Institution.
  • At least 120 hours computer course with hands-on experience (Office Productivity / DTP) from a Govt-recognised or ISO 9001 institution OR DOEACC ‘O’ level equivalent.
  • Punjabi Language: Matriculation with Punjabi from PSEB or equivalent, on or before the last date of application.
  • Post-specific proficiency (typing / shorthand / storekeeping exam) applies after the common Punjabi Language Test.

Age Limit

  • Age criteria as notified in Advt 03/2026 / online form (verify on www.gadvasu.in before applying). Eligibility reckonings as on the last date of online application.
