Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Stage 1 – Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and relevant experience. Mere possession of the minimum prescribed qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
• Stage 2 – Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The date and mode of interview will be communicated by IIT Kharagpur through the official website or email.
• Age Consideration: Age will be considered as on the last date of the advertisement (14 October 2026).
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
