Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Member (Water Supply): Engineer drawing pay not less than that of a Joint Secretary to the Government of India, with specialised knowledge and experience in matters relating to water supply.
• Member (Drainage): Engineer drawing pay not less than that of a Joint Secretary to the Government of India, with specialised knowledge and experience in matters related to drainage.
• Eligibility under Section 3(2)(VII) & (VIII) of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998.
• Only serving officers of Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings & Autonomous Organisations may apply, through proper channel.
• The advertisement does not prescribe a specific degree; candidates must be an engineer as described above. Refer the official notification for complete eligibility.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection is through screening and interview (if conducted).
• Mere fulfilment of minimum qualifications/experience does NOT entitle a candidate to be called for interview; the Screening Committee adopts its own criteria.
• At interview, candidates must produce original testimonials of all qualifications & relevant experience beyond minimum prescribed.
• Valid NOC / waiver of cooling-off from parent department must be furnished at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to short-listed candidates for attending the interview.

• Two passport-size photographs.
• Vigilance Clearance & vigilance status declaration.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Integrity Certificate.
• Attested copies of APARs/ACRs for last 5 years.
• Attested photocopies of educational certificates & experience certificates.
• Certificate from Head of Organization confirming particulars, integrity, no pending vigilance proceedings, relief of officer if selected.
• Super-scribe envelope: "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______".
• Separate application required if applying for both posts.
