Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised University.
• Experience: One year experience in staff welfare activities.
• Deputation Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, Semi-Government, Autonomous or Statutory Organisations holding analogous posts, or with six years' service in Level-5, or with ten years' service in Level-4.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection will be based on the assessment of information furnished in the Curriculum Vitae duly supported by documents in respect of essential qualification and work experience.
• The assessment will be conducted by the Selection Committee at the time of selection.

• Proof of educational qualifications and experience (self-attested).
• Original/attested photocopies of the APARs for the last 5 years.
• Vigilance clearance certificate.
• Integrity Certificate.
• No Major/Minor penalty certificate for last 10 years.
• Applications received without the aforesaid documents or after the prescribed date shall be rejected. Candidates are not allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
