Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India or concerned State Bar Council.
  • Examination: Must have qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
  • Experience: Ordinarily 10 years of professional experience in litigation, preferably including Government/PSU/Health matters.
  • Standing: Adequate professional standing and infrastructure to handle assigned matters.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Step 1: Scrutiny. Screening Committee evaluates received applications.
  • Step 2: Shortlisting. Candidates shortlisted based on experience and professional standing.
  • Step 3: Interaction. Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal interaction/interview.
  • Step 4: Approval. Final empanelment by Competent Authority.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for the selection process.

  • Completed Annexure-A Application Form.
  • Declaration-cum-Undertaking (Annexure-B).
  • Self-attested copies of Bar Council Certificate, AIBE result, and Experience proof.
