Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University. Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on a computer is required.
• Skills:Typing, computer knowledge, office administration, communication, and knowledge of local customs and dialects.
• Age Limit:18 to 45 years as on 01 January 2026. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates domiciled in HP, HP Government Employees, and Ex-Servicemen of HP.
• Salary (per month): ₹12,500/- per month (consolidated) during the Job Trainee period.
• Selection Procedure:
• Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test (120 marks)
• Typing Skill Test (qualifying in nature for candidates shortlisted in the written test)
• Application Fee:
• Rs. 800/- for all categories (Rs. 100 examination fee + Rs. 700 processing fee).
• Rs. 100/- correction fee during the 4-day correction window.
