Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Project Assistant:Essential: Graduate degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or any branch of Life Sciences with First Class or OGPA > 7.5 from a recognized university/institution.Desirable: 3 years of working experience in basic molecular techniques, virus screening under field and glasshouse conditions.
  • Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women as per GOI guidelines.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting of candidates based on essential qualifications.
  • Interview will be conducted in **Online Mode**.
  • Reporting time for the online interview is up to 10:30 AM. No candidate will be entertained after this time.
  • Results will be hosted on the institute website 10 days after the interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications from 10th onwards)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable, for age relaxation)
  • Recent passport-size photograph (pasted on Application Form Annexure-I) & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • NET/LS/GATE and equivalent certificates (if applicable)
  • No Objection Certificate (if currently employed) and List of Publications

  • The remuneration is Rs. 20,000 per month plus 27% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
